Our personal favorite off their menu was the Hawaiian pizza, served with a mix of sweet pineapple and savory ham.

We especially loved their specialty pizza called Louie’s Special. It comes with ‘the works,’ which includes just about everything in their kitchen except the sink. Need a dinner for a picky eater who doesn’t want pizza? Their juicy burgers come fresh off the grill for an alternative option.

This pub and eatery also serves up some of the most delicious pizza in town. Available either regular or gluten-free to suit any dietary needs, the pizza is baked in an authentic brick-oven to give it a crispy crust you won’t get from a conventional oven. They have plenty of unique specialty pizzas available as well. If you want something truly different, try the Green Goat with kale, goat cheese, beet pesto, roasted pine nuts, balsamic glaze, and shredded mozzarella.

Located nearby in Hazlet, Romeo’s has some tasty Italian cuisine of its own. Start out with one of their homemade soups, including chicken noodle or minestrone. For one recommendation, the baked ziti pizza is a filling and unique pie.
