No. Ford recall repairs and Ford warranty repairs are done at authorized Ford dealers, at no cost to you. When your Ford is here, we check the VIN for open recalls and pending software updates.
No. Federal law lets you have routine maintenance done at any shop, as long as it is done on schedule and you keep the receipts. Warranty repairs and recalls still go to a Ford dealer.
A Tom's Ford technician comes to your home or office in Monmouth County and does routine work in your driveway: oil and filter, battery testing and replacement, brake pads and rotors, wipers, lighting, multi-point inspection, software updates and mobile-eligible recall work. Yes. Pickup and delivery is complimentary on qualifying service throughout Monmouth County. A Tom's Ford driver picks it up, we do the work in our shop, and we bring it back washed and vacuumed, the same day for most routine work.
