- We come to you. Your technician calls before arriving. The van carries the same tools and diagnostic equipment as our service bays in Keyport, and the same technicians run it.
- Service complete. Your technician walks you through the work and shows you the finished job in your own driveway. Pay by card, cash or FordPass Rewards points.

How far will the mobile van travel?
Up to 20 miles from Tom's Ford in Keyport, which covers Hazlet, Matawan, Union Beach, Holmdel, Middletown, South Amboy, Sayreville, Freehold and the towns in between. The van is too tall for the Garden State Parkway and the Turnpike, so we route around them, and a few addresses just past those roads are out of range.
Does the mobile van only service Ford vehicles?
No. We service all makes and models. If your vehicle isn't a Ford, book at least three days out so we can order the correct parts and load them before the van leaves Keyport.
How much does mobile service cost?
The Works (5 quarts of oil, filter, tire rotation and multi-point inspection) is $99.95 for cars, light trucks and SUVs, and $199.95 for diesel Super Duty, E-Series and Transit. Batteries start at $199.95. Prices don't include tax and may vary by model.
