CarEdge grades dealers on doc fees, add-ons and whether the final price matches the ad.
CarEdge is an independent car-buying service. It asks dealers for written out-the-door quotes on behalf of real shoppers, then grades each store on what it puts in writing.
Dealers can't pay for a better grade. Certified dealers have to hold an A, and CarEdge rechecks them every month.
